Shipping and Delivery

  • USPS Priority Mail: Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail typically take approximately 3-5 business days for delivery once they have left our facility.

  • UPS 2 Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3 PM CST will be shipped the same business day and are expected to arrive within 2 business days.

  • UPS Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM CST will be shipped the same business day and are expected to arrive the next business day.

  • Delays Beyond Our Control: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: The Coco’s Collection is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure and tracking your package closely. If an issue arises, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customized Items

  • Processing Time: Customized items are made-to-order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique piece.

  • Non-Cancelable and Non-Refundable Orders: Once a customized order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.

  • Manufacturer Delays: While we strive to meet our stated timelines, delays caused by our manufacturers are beyond our control. Should such a delay occur, we will communicate updates as promptly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

  • No Returns/Exchanges: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

  • Defective Jewelry Issues: We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives with any defects, such as a broken clasp or missing/loose gems.

Billing and Shipping

  • Address Requirements: The billing and shipping address must match. Orders with mismatched addresses will be refunded.
