SHIPPING POLICY
All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.
Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.
Please be sure that your billing and shipping address match to avoid fraudulent flag.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- Standard: 3-5 business days (domestic) after order processing.
- UPS 2 Day Shipping: 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (Business Day).
- UPS Overnight: Orders placed by 12pm CST will be shipped same (business) day.
These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within these timeframes. For assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
